078-Interlace
The magazine scan came as a vertical page, but I wanted this wallpaper to do a seamless stretch, so it took me quite a long while to manipulate the entire left half of the canvas to have the same background blue texture.
The pink+blue color scheme really screams a rather high-tech-ish theme, therefore I used a free font from Maniackers which is called 078MKSD, fnished off with a subtle placement.
Texture-wise, of course, the interlace overlay is also just complying to the tech theme.
